Welcome to Rough Magic Creations! We value your business and want you to be delighted with your purchases from our online shop.

To ensure that you will feel comfortable shopping with us, please read all the following policies before placing your order.

As buying from our shop confirms that you have read, and understand and agree to, the terms detailed below, please contact us prior to making your purchase if you have questions or would like more information.

Shipping

  • Packages weighing up to 15 ounces usually ship to US addresses via First Class Mail.
  • Packages weighing 1 pound or more ship to US addresses via Priority Mail.


  • International shipping is via First Class Mail International.
  • Shipping upgrades are available to certain destinations.
  • For shipping to addresses outside the US and Canada, please note that VAT, GST and any other applicable taxes, duties or fees are not included in your payments to Rough Magic Creations.
  • European Union customers please note: We abide by EU return regulations.

Estimated Processing Times

  • We normally mail in-stock items within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. 

  • Most of our made-to-order items are in the mail within in 4-6 business days. but, Depending upon various factors, some items may require longer to create, in which instance we'll send you an estimated shipping date.

Returns / Refunds

We accept returns of most items* sent back to us, unused and in their original condition and packaging, within 5 business days after you receive them.
*The following items are not returnable:
  • Personalized items
  • Earrings (for your own protection)
  • Certain custom orders; we'll let you know prior to beginning work if your item is not returnable.

Upon receiving your returned item as described above, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please send us photographs of both the item and our packaging as received. We will then let you know how best to proceed. Please do not return the item until you have heard from us. To qualify for a refund, you will be required to confirm with our insurer that the item was damaged in transit.
